Shobiz TV, Ghana’s leading broadcast network, owned by KAMBA MEDIA(KM) Ghana Limited, has launched activities to mark the celebration of its 1st anniversary at the TV station office at Nungua Addo Gonno, in Accra.
The Founder Of Gadal Impact Chapel, Apostle Festus Ortsin, who was the Special Guest of Honour, officially unveiled launched the anniversary celebration with support from the Group Chief Executive Officer of Kamba Media, Mr. Ernest Gyasi and media industry executives. The event was attended by lynx officials and new signee artistes including, Kasar, St.Lennon and others.
Activities planned for the yearlong celebration include, entertainment programmes, interactions with stakeholders, loyalty reward activities for viewers and social responsibility activities.
Shobiz TV started on air transmission in December 2022, with a mission to be the “Beyond Music”. Within a year on, through hard work, dedication and commitment to its vision and mission, Shobiz TV has been recognized both home and abroad as Ghana’s best entertainment television network. Shobiz TV has successfully achieved its vision of being the premium brand and most watched television station that is creating and delivering high-quality media content that informs, educates, and entertains its viewers.
Shobiz TV has brought quality and timely news stories through reporting excellence to viewers. It has also aired and produced dramas and thrilling reality television and entertainment shows for the enjoyment of viewers within a year.
Launching the 1 year anniversary at the shobiz TV premises, Apostle Festus Ortsin congratulated Shobiz TV for its quality delivery since it started operating and encouraged management and staff to strive for more quality and unique programmes as it progresses into the future.
The Group Chief Executive Officer of Kamba Media, Mr Ernest Gyasi expressed gratitude to Almighty God for what Shobiz TV has accomplished in these 1 year . He thanked partners, clients and stakeholders for their support and contributions to Shobiz TV which has enabled the network to become the premium brand and relevant in Ghana Television Space.
She also thanked the board, management and staff for their dedicated and hard-work, which has brought the network this far and assured stakeholders that Shobiz TV will continue to bring creativity and innovation into its programming for the benefit of clients and the viewing public.
“We are excited at how far the network has come and what it has been able to achieve. ShobizTV, is poised to create new standards and experiences for viewers and stakeholders in the country and consolidate our brand in the Media sector of the country’ He said.
