Maurice Ampaw, a private legal practitioner and known supporter of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has taken aim at Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, questioning both her performance and public image.
In a recent media interview, Ampaw argued that Prof. Opoku-Agyemang does not carry herself with the dignity expected of a Vice President, criticizing her fashion choices and overall presentation.
“Since she assumed the role of Vice President, she hasn’t been impactful. She’s often left out of official trips, her dressing lacks appeal, and her office appears neglected,” he claimed.
He also raised concerns about her health, alleging that she was physically strained during the election period.
“She is elderly and not in the best of health, yet she was made to campaign intensively. She looked exhausted, but they exploited her for political gain and have now sidelined her,” Ampaw stated.
As of now, the Vice President’s office has not issued a response to these remarks.
