Popular Ghanaian prophet Nigel Gaisie has come to the defense of Sammy Gyamfi, the Acting CEO of the Ghana Gold Board, amid controversy surrounding a viral video.
The video showed Gyamfi giving cash to Evangelist Patricia Oduro Koranteng, also known as Nana Agradaa, sparking public criticism and calls for his dismissal.
Gaisie criticized the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for what he perceives as a lack of support for their own members, contrasting this with the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) tendency to protect its members. He urged NDC members to remember Gyamfi’s hard work and dedication to the party, warning that internal divisions could lead to further setbacks.
Citing the Bible, Gaisie said, “Let he that has not sinned before cast the first stone.” He called for love and unity within the party, emphasizing the importance of protecting its members. Gaisie described Gyamfi as a valuable asset to the party and urged members to rally around him.
