The founder and leader of Alabaster International Ministry, Prophet Kofi Oduro, has delivered a strong message to the Jubilee House, the seat of government in Ghana. His message was directed at people in high positions of power who take advantage of the poor and vulnerable in society.
During his sermon on Sunday, May 25, 2025, Prophet Kofi Oduro told his church members that it is wrong for anyone at the Jubilee House or in any government office to make poor people suffer. He said that Ghana should not be a country where only the rich and well-connected get opportunities, while qualified people are denied jobs and promotions simply because they cannot pay bribes.
The Prophet made it clear that some people are forced to pay money before they can be given jobs or leadership positions, even when they are qualified. He explained that this practice is unfair and wicked, especially to young people who work hard, study, and wait patiently for their turn. According to him, such actions go against God’s will and bring His anger upon the nation.
He also used the opportunity to speak directly to Ghanaians who engage in such behavior. He warned them to stop immediately because God is watching and will not allow such injustice to continue. Prophet Oduro believes that change must start from the top, and that the Jubilee House must set a good example for the rest of the country.
His message comes at a time when many Ghanaians have expressed frustration about corruption and favoritism in public offices. By speaking openly on the issue, Prophet Oduro is calling for honesty, fairness, and respect for all citizens, especially the poor who struggle daily to survive.
