Some residents and witnesses to the fire outbreak at Kantamanto have spoken out for the first time since the catastrophe.
During an interview, eyewitnesses criticized the fire service for escalating the epidemic.
According to them, as soon as a fire broke out, they contacted the Fire Service for assistance. They claim the reason for the call was to ensure the fire was extinguished; nevertheless, calling the fire department inflamed the situation.
According to them, as previously said, it simply needs water to extinguish a fire, but this was not the case with the fire department.
They say that instead of utilizing water, the fire department used gasoline, which exacerbated the fire outbreak and caused property damage, among other things.
