A yet-to-be-identified Ghanaian man has sold himself at a low cost to locust merchants.

In buttressing his assertion, the man claims there is a committee in heaven to which he is part, even though he has not yet bought his ticket to the land of silence.
According to him, he is a staunch and recognized member of the committee nobody can go to heaven without his approval.
