KiDi, a musician, claimed that his life changed dramatically once he decided to take a vacation from music in March of this year.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, the popular ‘Odo’ hitmaker discussed how the hiatus allowed him to think on numerous parts of his life, including how to deal with internet trolls and false news.
KiDi’s mentality shifted dramatically during his vacation, resulting in personal growth and insight. He stated that he is not the same person he was in February, implying that he has grown positively during his time away from the spotlight.

One major realization KiDi had during his break was learning not to take social media trolls seriously.
He now realizes that many people who participate in nasty behavior online are likely projecting their frustrations and dissatisfaction onto others, including superstars like himself, he says.
“I now know that when people come on social media and say the things they say, it’s not really about me. Some of them are unhappy in life. If you are unhappy, you take that out on anything and everything,” he said.

KiDi also addressed his tough decision to cancel his US tour a few months ago in order to prioritize his health and well-being. The trip, which was scheduled to visit ten cities in the United States, had to be canceled due to health concerns.
There were false reports that he had had a stroke, which he quickly denied on his social media sites.
After taking the necessary time to care for himself physically and mentally, KiDi affirmed that he is now fully back and ready to pursue his passion for music.
