Mr. Drew, a Ghanaian artist and dancer, has finally addressed the social media outrage he got following his resignation from Highly Spiritual Music.
During an Instagram live session, the ‘S3k3’ hitmaker explained that, contrary to popular belief, he has no ill will against his former boss and CEO of Highly Spiritual Music, Kaywa.
Mr. Drew reiterated that he has no ill will toward Kaywa and wishes him well. He also said that he is confused about Kaywa’s sentiments for him because they haven’t communicated directly since his departure from the record firm.
Mr. Drew noted that numerous individuals brought it to his attention regarding the claimed subtle shades that Kaywa supposedly threw at him in recent interviews. Nonetheless, he believes those words were not intended at him.
He highlighted his commitment to the record label, stating that he fulfilled his five-year contract diligently, even as others chose to leave after just five years of their contract.
Despite not receiving certain benefits stipulated in his contract, Mr. Drew expressed his loyalty to Highly Spiritual Music and strived to give his best to the label.
