Blessing Njoma, one of the robbery suspects in the Ablekuma Fan Milk bullion Van theft that resulted in the murder of a police escort, has been apprehended by the Aflao District Police Command.
Ghana Police Service and Togo Interpol worked together to apprehend the fourth suspect. The suspect, a Nigerian, was apprehended at the Asigame market in Lome, Togo’s capital.
This brings the total number of suspects apprehended in connection with the Ablekuma Fan milk bullion van robbery to four.

Lance Corporal Callistus Amoah was shot and died during the Ablekuma Fan milk bullion van theft on June 14, 2023.
The criminals attempted to flee with the contents of the van but were apprehended by police.
On Saturday, July 15, 2023, Lance Corporal Amoah was laid to rest.
Meanwhile, the Kaneshie District Court has remanded the other accused, Benjamin Ojogbe and Rashid Abdul, as well as a third suspect whose identity is unknown, into police custody.
The accused persons face charges of conspiracy to commit murder and the murder of Lance Corporal Callistus Amoah.
