Talent manager and entertainment pundit, Mr. Logic, has criticized the youth and participants who took part in the three-day #OccupyJulorbiHouse demonstration.
He submitted that, in as much as the economy has been unruly and the intense hardship faced Ghanaians, he believes the youth should embrace the peace they enjoy in the country rather than acting on what he describes as stupid
It is recalled that the youth of Ghana flooded the streets of Accra on Thursday, September 21 to Saturday, September 23 on a 3-day planned demonstration to echo their grievances
The protest organized by the pressure group Democracy Hub was aimed at highlighting alleged mismanagement of the economy by the government and the resulting hardships faced by Ghanaians.
However, the peaceful protest erupted in some inconveniences which many participants were caught up in.
During a discussion on UTV Showbiz Night, Mr. Logic cautioned the youth to appreciate the peace in the country until the 2024 elections and advised them to avoid actions he deemed as foolish.
“I want to caution the youth of Ghana, value the peace you have until 2024, and stop being stupid. You haven’t seen violence before”
However, his remarks elicited various opinions from other participants in the studio.
